What is I Seek Academy?
I Seek Academy (ISA) is a white-label SaaS platform that lets tutors and coaching centres launch their own fully branded online teaching platform. Think of it like Shopify, but for coaching businesses. You get your own subdomain, student portal, parent portal, fee collection, attendance tracking, AI tools, and much more.
Is I Seek Academy free?
Yes — we offer a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, plans start at ₹499/month for solo tutors. You only pay when you are ready to go live.
Do I need technical knowledge to set up my platform?
No. Setup takes under 10 minutes. You enter your academy name, upload a logo, choose a colour, and your branded platform is live instantly. No coding, no servers, no IT team needed.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. By default you get a free subdomain like yourname.iseekacademy.in. You can also connect your own custom domain (e.g. yourcoaching.com) from the Settings panel.
How does fee collection work?
ISA integrates with Razorpay. You add your Razorpay keys in Settings and students can pay fees online directly through their student portal. You get instant settlements to your bank account. GST receipts are generated automatically.
Can parents track their child's progress?
Yes. Every student gets a linked parent account. Parents can log in to see attendance, fee payment history, quiz scores, progress reports, and chat directly with their child's teacher — without disturbing you.
What is the AI question paper generator?
You select a subject, topic, grade, and difficulty level. The AI generates a complete MCQ question paper in seconds. You can export it to PDF with an answer key, or save it directly as a quiz for students to attempt online.
How many students can I add?
The Starter plan supports up to 50 students. The Growth plan supports up to 200. The Pro plan is unlimited. You can upgrade anytime from the admin panel.
Can I have multiple teachers on my platform?
Yes. You can create separate teacher accounts. Each teacher sees only their own batches, students, and attendance. The admin has full visibility across all teachers and batches.
Is student data safe?
Yes. All data is fully isolated per coaching centre — no cross-tenant data leaks. We use secure HTTPS connections, JWT authentication, and store data on Neon PostgreSQL with daily backups.
What happens after the free trial ends?
You will receive an email reminder before the trial ends. If you choose not to upgrade, your platform is locked (students cannot log in) but your data is preserved for 30 days. No data is deleted automatically.
Does ISA work for school teachers doing private tuition?
Yes — ISA is designed exactly for this. Many ISA users are school teachers who tutor students privately and want a professional platform to manage fees, attendance, and communication without mixing it with their personal WhatsApp.
Can I migrate from another platform to ISA?
Yes. You can import students via CSV or add them manually. Our support team can assist with migration from platforms like Classplus, Teachmint, or Zoom-based setups.
Is there a mobile app?
ISA is fully mobile-responsive and works on any smartphone browser without an app download. Students and parents can add it to their home screen for an app-like experience.
